The Porch is a community for leaders and creatives bringing worthy work into the world.

We use a sprint cohort model to design strategic experiments, elevate most important priorities, and gain traction where it matters most.

Cohort Sprint Coaching

Why Quarterly Sprints?

  • Most of the hours in your life are accounted for already. The key differentiator is what you do with the discretionary margins—the not-yet-spent resources of time, energy, or money.

  • Establishing a quarterly plan grounds you in a truth we all resist: you can’t do it all. But with intention, you can gain traction on the work that matters instead of scattering your effort everywhere.

  • Your priority decisions up-front become a quiet guide. When the unexpected shows up—as it always does—you’re better equipped to discern what deserves your yes, and what can be set down without guilt.

  • And you won’t do it alone. Our community offers an invitation to the kind of support and accountability that will serve you along the way.

What’s at the heart of our offering?

We convene leaders and creatives who share in common . . .

  • A desire to center personal priorities and goals—keeping our intentions in view, day by day.

  • A commitment to do our own work—gaining traction and making progress where it matters most, person by person, quarter by quarter, sprint by sprint.

  • A respect for peer wisdom and group coaching, because our stories are richer, deeper, and truer in the light of loving community and authentic friendships.

  • A belief that we live in a given world of grace and a longing to cultivate our inner lives, even as we press into good strategy and outcomes.

  • A sense that we have gifts to share, people to serve, and beautiful things to bring into the light.
